Stan Newman is working to keep "RE/MAX professionals" number one in Winnipeg, a designation that was awarded his office by RE/MAX Western Canada at the 2005 Awards Conference in Edmonton. To accomplish this goal, he and his special group of investors have opened a new professional centre that will fully service up to 130 Realtors in a cutting edge facility that will incorporate the firm’s sales and administrative offices. Located at 1601 Buffalo Place in Winnipeg’s rapidly expanding south end, RE/MAX Professionals is a 17,000 square foot state of the art business hub that is nothing if not visionary in its approach.

In 2006 "RE/MAX professionals" was recognized and awarded the Manitoba Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award by the Manitoba Psychological Society, having placed first in all five award categories.
